Ahmednagar District  Zonal Sports Committee (ADZSC) is the authorized organization mainly responsible for organizing Intercollegiate competitions, arranging coaching camp, participating at Inter Zonal Competitions organized by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune etc. All the Principals of affiliated colleges,  Directors of Institutes and Director of Physical Education of the affiliated colleges from Ahmednagar District  unanimously elect the committee every year to organize Intercollegiate sports. Sport refers to the exercise of skill in a physical activity which is often competitive, and carried on for its intrinsic enjoyment, including that of its spectators. Sport is generally recognized as activities based in physical athleticism or physical dexterity. Sports are usually governed by rules to ensure fair competition and consistent adjudication of the winner.
